About this home

Why rent an apartment when you can live in a locally-owned, locally-managed ground-level, 1-story home and get your own serene 4 walls not attached to anyone else plus a 2-car garage and a fenced-in back yard? The Sage House (so named for the color if the front door and the mossy silver wall color inside) is the last home built in Alafaya Woods and has a NEW kitchen with dovetail soft-close cabinets and solid surface counters, NEW dishwasher, NEW stove, NEW guest bath with real tile to the ceiling (none of that plastic tile wrap you see in most rentals), NEW paint on every surface inside, including the popcorn-free ceiling, NEW interior doors, NEW hardware, NEW light fixtures, NEW wood-look LVP in all the bedrooms and living area so you don't even need a vacuum cleaner. NEW toilets, NEW sinks and faucets in all the bathrooms, NEW light fixtures everywhere, NEW professionally installed curtain rods, NEW curtains for privacy, NEWLY sterilized and cleaned air ducts and tile. You get the idea. This place is NICE, clean, move-in ready, and supremely peaceful. The inside feels like you're in a spa. And you can't beat the OUTSTANDING LOCATION! 5.3 miles to UCF, 4.2 miles to the mall, 1 mile to groceries, multiple award-winning restaurants, and the elementary school, 3.5 miles to the Oviedo hospital, and 2.1 miles to Oviedo on the Park, where most of the town's events take place. Oviedo is home to A-rated schools, an Olympic-sized city pool, a Senior Center, and over 140 restaurants inside city limits. It's all at your fingertips with Sage House as your home base.
